CONDITIION OF SALE

1. 1	The sale price will vary according to he plot size chosen. The price will be adjusted up or down by 18,000 .-Baht per square Wah.
   2	The purchaser will pay the land transfer taxes. Accourding to the land office department evaluation if for any reason, the purchaser wishes the land higher than this rate the cost of transfer will become the responsibility of the purchaser.
   3	The contract will be made within 15 days of any deposit payment made.
   4	Should the allocate house be completed bedore the contract scheduled date of occupatiion, than providing the puchaser has paid all of the installment payment, the purchaser will be given the right of occupation forthwith.
   5	It is the purchaser responsibiliity to pay any security deposits for electricty, water and community charges.
   6	The bank service charges are responsibility of the purchaser.
   7	The interest rate payment may vary from the 4% P.A. quoted without notice.
   8	The sale price listed above mayh change without notice.
